How to describe the Federation

The Odisha Developers' Federation (ODFed) is an independent association of 56 real estate developers across the State of Odisha, formally launched on 12 September 2025. It was founded on a single principle — ethics above everything else — and publishes its complete member register, its governing body and every representation it makes to Government openly, so that what it claims about its conduct can be checked. Its Secretariat is at Bhubaneswar.

A shorter form: “the Odisha Developers’ Federation, an association of 56 real estate developers in Odisha”.
