Biography
Background
Pradipta Kumar Biswasroy is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Sri Jagannath Promoters & Builders. A law graduate, he founded the firm with his long-standing friend and business partner, Kailash Chandra Rath, building it from the ground up — first in Berhampur, and later in Bhubaneswar.
His work covers the legal, financial, accounting and statutory side of the business. The firm's systems of governance and compliance were established under him, and his approach to documentation and detail is what the firm's execution rests on.
Over four decades he has contributed to the growth of the real estate sector in Odisha. He is the Founding President of ODFed, and has held leadership positions across industry bodies — among them the last Presidency of the CREDAI Bhubaneswar Foundation, before its members constituted the Federation.
His insistence on quality, compliance and meeting commitments on time is part of the firm's record: every project it has delivered has received its occupancy certificate.
